The case is by Howard Miller (an American clock company) and the movement is a Kieninger (a German company now owned by Howard Miller). Congratulations on your new time piece.

I have ordered mine, so it makes no nevermind now, but who made the movement, and who made the case ?
I am delighted with the selection of musical chimes. When I went to school in Jamaica in 1958, I heard the Westminster chimes several times each day. Near a place called "Half Way Tree".On bells, mind you. I have been wanting to duplicate that ever since. Now is my chance. Only 52 years later.

John E., New Orleans

It is indeed an 8-day movement.

Is this an 8 day or a 31 day movement ??
