Store Policies
Our Philosophy
First and foremost, if you have a question, call us. We are available to answer all questions you may have. If you don't see a clock you are looking for, we can probably order it for you when you call. All our clocks are new and straight from the factory. We have a storage facility with more clocks than you can count. We test our clocks on the floor before selling. We set ourselves apart from other online stores by our service. Our brick and mortar store has been open for three decades and we repair and service our own sales. If you live nearby come in and visit, you will be glad you did. If you are purchasing online, be prepared for a different level of service: people. We respond individually to each sale and will either email or call you personally should something arise. We want to make your new clock experience a memorable one because we want to be your Clock Shop for life.
Shipping
Shipping is only available to the continental US. You are not charged until your clock is ready to ship. Most clocks ship UPS Ground but we can certainly accomidate faster shipping. Simply give us a call. Tracking numbers are emailed when available for purchases. You can also order and pick up in-store. Just call ahead to let us know you are coming by.

Warranty
If you live nearby we handle your warranty on anything you purchase from us. Online or from our store, we take care of anything covered. Too far to come visit? You are still just as important to us and we will help you reach the manufacturer and ensure your clock is properly taken care of. All warranties are valid on purchases made on this website as we are an authorized retailer on all clocks we carry. Guaranteed.
Payment on Shipment Only We use the highly secure PayPal server to handle credit card or other payments over the internet. We at The Clock Shop of Vienna never see your personal information this way. In addition, PayPal merely authorizes your payment but does not charge your credit card until the clock is about to ship out the door from our warehouse.
Exchange Policy
Should you need to exchange an item, call us to request a return authorization within 10 days of receiving it and we'll exchange the item less a restocking fee. Please call us at 703-938-3990 before returning any merchandise. If you are exchanging an item, please mail your merchandise in its original packaging, including all accessories and paper work. For in-store purchases, we have the same 10 day exchange policy and will make sure you love your new clock.
Back Orders
In the event an item is not available at the time the order is placed, you will receive notification of its expected availability date, usually by phone. You do not need to take any action unless you would like to cancel the order. We will notify you of the status of the item and advise you when it ships.
Privacy Policy
We are people too and we know how important security and privacy is. We will never sell your information to any third parties. We use the incredibly secure PayPal™ server to handle your credit card information securely. PayPal takes care of the transaction over its secure servers and we never even see your financial information at all. Both parties are protected in the transaction by PayPal's protection. We have integrated with PayPal as the strongest level of security to you. Or if you would prefer we are here to take any order over the phone instead.
